Working Principle:
The thermal reaction tester adopts the hot-press detection method, placing the heat-sensitive material between the upper and lower heating blocks. The upper and lower heating blocks then close to heat the heat-sensitive material. The heating time, temperature of the heating blocks, and the pressure when the blocks close can all be adjusted, allowing for rapid evaluation of different test samples. The instrument is controlled by a fixed program and is simple to set up. It can be used to test various heat-sensitive materials and also to determine the ideal thermal parameters for a specific heat-sensitive material, providing users with thermal indicators.

Technical Features:
The thermal reaction tester is based on the principle of heat-sensitive materials changing color when heated. It uses heating blocks designed according to international standards and is professionally used to measure the heat-induced color change of various heat-sensitive materials and the degree of color change under different working conditions, thereby guiding large-scale industrial production. This instrument mainly includes the following features:
1. Digital P.I.D temperature control technology not only quickly reaches the set temperature but also effectively avoids temperature fluctuations.
2. Wide-range temperature, pressure, and time control can meet various test conditions required by users.
3. Two test initiation modes (manual and foot pedal) and an anti-scalding safety design effectively ensure user convenience and safety.

Operation and Usage:
1. Connect the compressed air tube to the compressed air inlet on the left side of the instrument.
2. Connect the foot pedal switch to the connection point on the left side of the instrument.
3. Connect the power cord plug to the power inlet on the left side of the instrument.
4. Prepare the heat-sensitive material.
5. Introduce compressed air and use the adjustment handle to set the pressure to a value that allows the upper and lower heating blocks to press together, typically 0.18~0.30 MPa.
6. Turn on the power switch on the left panel.
7. Set the heating switches for the upper heating block (12) and lower heating block (11) to ON.
8. Set the temperature controller to the desired temperature.
9. Allow approximately 10~30 minutes.
